Hi! My name is Gretchen Broman and I’m a Family Nurse Practitioner. I’ve been a nurse since 2006. I have previously spent 9 years in the trauma ICU at University of Chicago in the Burn Unit, MICU and PICU.
I became a Nurse Practitioner in 2012 and started working in primary care and urgent care. I started my Aesthetics journey in June 2022 working for Dr Charlie Chen MD, who was recently voted Best Plastic Surgeon in San Diego. He is also my Medical Director.

As a compassionate and dedicated Family Nurse Practitioner with over 16 years of diverse nursing experience, I bring a holistic approach to patient care at Inside Out Wellness. My extensive background spans medical clinic management, internal medicine, primary care, urgent care, telehealth, pain management, and hospital-wide infection prevention and control, allowing me to address both acute and chronic health needs with empathy and expertise.
I earned my Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from Point Loma Nazarene University in 2009 and a Master of Science in Nursing from Azusa Pacific University in 2016. I hold a national certification with the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP). I am active with in the California Association of Nurse Practitioners (CANP) and currently working on a longevity medicine certification.
